We ordered a couch from Albany Park the whole process was easy from start to finish. The boxes were definitely on the heavier side, but once we got everything inside and unpacked, it was clear where everything went. The instructions were simple and we didn’t need any extra tools, which I really appreciated.
My husband and I had it put together in about 40 minutes. One part took a little patience to get lined up, so it wasn’t totally effortless, but compared to other online furniture we’ve bought, this was way less frustrating. Overall, a smooth and easy setup experience

I get that customer service teams can be busy, and I try to be fair about that, but waiting several days for a reply was frustrating. Even a quick update would’ve made the experience feel a lot better.

I really wanted this to work, but it ended up feeling sorta too big for my small room. It just didn’t fit the space as well as I hoped.

After about a year, the cushions have started to sag a bit, but the fabric still looks decent. It’s not terrible enough to replace, so I kind of feel trapped with it for now.

Just a warning for anyone considering them: I reached out for help and it took weeks to get a response. Even after all that waiting, there still wasn’t any real fix for the problem. Frustrating experience overall.

I really wanted to love this couch because it looks great in my living room, but sitting on it is a different story. If I sit there too long, my back actually starts to hurt, which is frustrating for something this expensive. Also, I’m not thrilled that the terms seemed to change after the fact, which just made the whole purchase feel even more annoying. It’s nice to look at, but comfort-wise, I definitely regret buying it...

I ordered a sofa from albanypark.com and, to be fair, it did arrive on time. But the wording on the site made it sound like everything would be packaged really securely, and that was definitely not my experience. The box showed up looking beat up, with dents and torn corners.
Once I opened it, the sofa pieces were mostly fine, but there was some dust and a small scuff where things had clearly shifted around during shipping. It was not bad enough for me to deal with returning it, but it was still annoying, especially after expecting better protection based on how they describe it.

The couch itself is comfortable and looks nice, so I am keeping it. I just wish the delivery and packaging matched the way they present it online. For the price, I expected it to arrive cleaner and better protected. 3 stars.
